According to the company, a total of 655,700 ordinary shares with a face value of Rs 100 each will be issued to public investors.
Interested investors can apply for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 10,000 shares under the offering. The early closing date for the IPO application has been set for Jestha 27, although the issue period may be extended if applications are not fully received.
The issue and sales manager for the IPO is Muktinath Capital Limited. Investor participation in Nepal’s primary market has remained strong in recent months, with continued interest in newly issued IPOs.
