Application Period for Muktinath Mutual Fund–2 Units Extended to Ashoj 15
Muktinath Capital has extended the application period for Muktinath Mutual Fund–2, a Rs. 1 billion closed-end fund, until Ashoj 15.

Muktinath Capital Limited has extended the application period for Muktinath Mutual Fund–2, which opened for public subscription on Ashoj 1. Investors can now apply for the fund's units until Ashoj 15. However, the issue may close earlier if it receives applications exceeding the available units.
The capital has issued 10 million units of the fund at a face value of Rs. 10 per unit, raising a total of Rs. 1 billion. Of the total units, 13% or 1.3 million units have been reserved for the fund promoter, Muktinath Bikas Bank, while 200,000 units have been reserved for the scheme manager, Muktinath Capital. The remaining 8.5 million units have been offered to the general public.
Investors must apply for a minimum of 100 units and can apply for up to 10 million units.
The fund can proceed with allotment if applications are received for at least 50% of the total issue, equivalent to 5 million units, during the initial and extended application period. If the minimum required number of units is not subscribed, the scheme will be cancelled and the process of refunding applicants' money will begin within 15 days.
Muktinath Capital Limited is the issue and sales manager of Muktinath Mutual Fund–2. The fund has a 10-year maturity period and is structured as a closed-end mutual fund scheme.
Investors can apply through banks and financial institutions authorized under the C-ASBA system by the Securities Board of Nepal, as well as through the Mero Share website and mobile application.
