    • You may not:

  • Scrape, copy, or distribute our data without written permission.
  • Use our AI-generated insights for unlawful trading or manipulation.
  • Misrepresent Nepalytix content as financial advice.

    • 4. AI & Data Disclaimer

    Nepalytix uses data analytics and AI models to provide insights. These are:

  • For informational and educational purposes only.
  • Not a substitute for professional financial, legal, or investment advice.

    • We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or profitability of any content, data, or insights offered through our platform.

    You use the platform at your own risk.

    5. Intellectual Property

    All content, software, branding, charts, analytics, and insights provided by Nepalytix are:

  • Owned by Nepalytix or its licensors.
  • Protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

    • You may not reuse, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our written consent.

    6. Paid Services & Refund Policy

    If you purchase a premium plan or service:

  • You agree to pay all applicable fees as displayed.
  • All payments are final. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including unused time or dissatisfaction.
  • We may offer credits or access extensions at our discretion.

    • Subscription plans may auto-renew unless canceled in advance.

    7. Termination

  • Data inaccuracies or service outages.

    • Use of Nepalytix is entirely at your own risk.

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nepalytix, its founders, team members, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • Your misuse of the platform,
  • Violation of these Terms,
  • Infringement of any law or third-party right.
