Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Waglé has introduced a mandatory appointment system for stakeholders, dignitaries, and members of the public seeking to meet him. The new arrangement aims to make official meetings more organized, transparent, and efficient.

According to the minister's secretariat, meetings will now be held every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Visitors will only be able to meet the minister during these designated hours.

Individuals wishing to schedule a meeting must scan the QR code provided by the secretariat and submit the purpose of their visit while booking an appointment in advance. Meetings will be conducted strictly according to the approved schedule.

The Ministry of Finance expects the new appointment system to improve visitor management, reduce unnecessary crowding, and streamline the minister's daily schedule while ensuring more efficient public service delivery.
