Beni Hydropower IPO Being Deposited into Demat Accounts; When Can Investors Trade?
Beni Hydropower Project Limited has started the process of depositing its IPO shares into investors’ demat accounts.
The IPO shares issued by Beni Hydropower Project Limited are now being processed for deposit into investors’ demat accounts. The company signed an agreement with CDS and Clearing Limited (CDSC) on Ashoj 15 for the dematerialization of the securities.
Following the dematerialization process, the IPO shares will be directly deposited into investors’ demat accounts. The shares will then be listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE).
According to the information provided, investors will be able to buy and sell the shares from the day after the shares are listed on NEPSE.
The company had issued a total of 863,200 IPO shares to the general public from Bhadra 22 to Bhadra 26. The IPO allotment was completed on Ashoj 5.
