Bhujung Hydropower Holds Fourth AGM, Elects New Board Members

Bhujung Hydropower Limited successfully held its Fourth Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Friday at Amrapali Banquet Catering and Event, Baluwatar, Kathmandu.

The AGM elected Madhav Raj Acharya, Dr. Himal Bhattarai, Rajeshwar Duwal, Tanka Prasad Subedi, and Santosh Shrestha as directors representing the founder shareholders. Likewise, Jelina Shrestha was elected as the director representing public shareholders. The meeting also nominated Rita Gautam as an independent director.

During the AGM, shareholders approved the company's annual report, audited financial statements, future business plans, and several other agenda items. The event also provided a platform for shareholders to discuss the company's long-term strategy, operational performance, and future growth prospects.

Company representatives highlighted their commitment to expanding energy generation capacity, improving operational efficiency, and creating sustainable value for investors. The AGM reinforced the company's focus on good corporate governance, transparency, and sustainable development as it moves forward with its future projects and business objectives.
