Bikash Hydropower Company Limited (BHCL) has proposed a 10.5263% dividend for the fiscal year 2082/83.
The company has proposed 10% bonus shares worth Rs. 2.41 crore and a 0.5263% cash dividend for tax purposes worth Rs. 47,84,600.14.
The company’s existing paid-up capital stands at Rs. 90.91 crore.
The proposed dividend will be distributed only after approval from the Electricity Regulatory Commission and endorsement by the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
As of the time of reporting, BHCL’s last traded price (LTP) stood at Rs. 534 per share.
