The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has listed the bonus shares of Nepal Hydro Developers Limited and Kutheli Bukhari Small Hydropower Limited on Thursday.

NEPSE listed 349,377 bonus shares of Nepal Hydro Developers Ltd., issued at a 9% bonus share rate. Eligible shareholders will be able to trade these shares once they are credited to their respective DEMAT accounts.

Similarly, Kutheli Bukhari Small Hydropower Ltd. had 134,054.25 bonus shares listed, representing a 10% bonus share distribution.

The newly listed bonus shares of both companies will become available for trading only after they are credited to the beneficiaries' DEMAT accounts through the depository system.
