Bonus Shares of Two Companies Listed on NEPSE; When Can They Be Traded?
Bonus shares of Citizen Investment Trust and Support Microfinance have been listed on NEPSE and will be tradable after being credited to shareholders’ demat accounts.

Bonus shares of two companies were listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) on Wednesday.
The listed companies include Citizen Investment Trust (Nagarik Lagani Kosh) and Support Microfinance Financial Institution Limited.
Citizen Investment Trust has listed 3,240,856 bonus shares issued at a rate of 5 percent. The bonus shares will be eligible for trading once they are credited to the respective shareholders’ demat accounts.
Similarly, Support Microfinance has listed 116,321.2765 bonus shares distributed at a rate of 9.5 percent.
According to NEPSE, the listed bonus shares can only be traded in the secondary market after they are deposited into the beneficiaries’ accounts.
