Buddha Bhumi Nepal Hydropower Company Limited has scheduled its 18th Annual General Meeting for Kartik 20, 2083.
Buddha Bhumi Nepal Hydropower Company Limited (BNHC) has called its 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Kartik 20, 2083. The meeting will take place at Walnut Bistro in Panipokhari, Kathmandu, starting at 11 AM.
The AGM will consider the company’s annual report for approval. Shareholders will also review and endorse the auditor’s report for fiscal year 2082/83, along with the profit and loss statement, financial statements, and cash flow statement.
Other agenda items include appointing an auditor for fiscal year 2083/84 and determining the auditor’s remuneration. The meeting will also consider approval of the appointment of the board of directors and discuss miscellaneous matters.
The company has set Kartik 10 as the book closure date. Shareholders who maintain their shareholding before the book closure date will be eligible to attend the 18th AGM.
