Buddhabhumi Nepal Hydropower Company Limited has opened the auction sale of its unallotted rights shares from today (June 4, 2026).

The company is offering 474,696 unallotted rights shares through a bidding process. Both individual and institutional investors are eligible to participate in the auction by submitting sealed bids.

The minimum bid price has been fixed at Rs. 100 per share. Investors must quote a price of Rs. 100 or higher while submitting their applications.

Applications can be submitted for a minimum of 100 shares, while bidders may apply for up to the entire quantity of shares available in the auction.

Interested investors can submit their bid forms at the office of NIC Asia Capital Limited in Thapathali, Kathmandu, as well as designated branches of NIC Asia Bank located in Biratnagar, Birgunj, Pokhara, Butwal, Dhangadhi, Birendranagar, Nuwakot, Narayangadh, and Nepalgunj.

According to the company, the deadline for submitting bids is May 12, 2026 (Jestha 29, 2083) during banking hours.
