CPN-UML Will Continue Moving Forward Despite Challenges, Says KP Sharma Oli
CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli said the party will continue advancing toward its goals despite facing political challenges, setbacks, and criticism.

CPN-UML Chairman and former Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has said that the party will continue moving forward toward its political objectives despite facing numerous challenges, obstacles, and political attacks.
Addressing the inauguration of the CPN-UML Party Awakening Campaign in Lalitpur on Saturday, Oli claimed that the party has played an extraordinary role in raising public awareness and transforming Nepali society.
He said the UML has successfully guided the public by explaining the true meaning of political change, providing clear national direction, and offering effective leadership. According to Oli, the party has endured repeated political attacks, criticism, and misinformation throughout its history but has continued to progress by overcoming those challenges.
Comparing political movements to the flow of a river, Oli said that meaningful change is never achieved through a straight and obstacle-free path. Just as a river changes course and overcomes barriers before reaching its destination, political movements must also navigate setbacks and difficult phases.
Oli acknowledged that the party has experienced major setbacks and failures over time but said those experiences have strengthened the organization. He also admitted that the UML is currently facing serious challenges and urged party leaders and cadres to remain united, determined, and focused on the party's long-term goals.
He expressed confidence that the party would continue overcoming obstacles and maintain its commitment to serving the people and leading Nepal's development.
