CYC Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has announced its seventh Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on August 15 (Shrawan 30) in Pokhara. The board of directors approved the meeting agenda during its meeting held on Shrawan 8.

A key agenda item is a special resolution authorizing the board to initiate merger or acquisition (M&A) processes with other microfinance institutions if deemed appropriate. Shareholders will also discuss and approve the company's annual report, audited financial statements for FY 2024/25 (2081/82 BS), and appoint an external auditor while determining remuneration for FY 2025/26 (2082/83 BS).

The company has also announced a book closure on Shrawan 19, meaning only shareholders recorded by the end of trading on Shrawan 18 will be eligible to attend the AGM.
