Buddhabhumi Nepal Hydropower Company Limited has extended the application deadline for its ongoing 100% rights share offering. Investors can now apply until Baishakh 28, 2083.

The company had initially opened the rights share issue from Chaitra 22, 2082, issuing shares in a 1:1 ratio, meaning shareholders are eligible to apply for one additional share for each share they currently hold.

A total of 40,00,000 units of shares worth Rs. 40 Crores are being issued under this rights offering, representing 100% of the company’s existing paid-up capital.

NIC Asia Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for this rights share issuance.

The company had announced a book closure date on Falgun 1, meaning only shareholders holding shares until Magh 29 are eligible to apply for the rights shares.

The issuance received approval from Securities Board of Nepal on Magh 21, 2082.
