Everest Color IPO Allotment Completed; 65,570 Applicants Receive Shares
Everest Color Limited has completed the allotment of its IPO. A total of 65,570 applicants received shares, while the majority of investors remained empty-handed due to oversubscription.

Everest Color Limited has completed the allotment of its Initial Public Offering (IPO) issued to the general public. According to issue manager Muktinath Capital Limited, the allotment process was finalized this morning.
The company had offered 655,700 shares to the public from June 5 to June 10 (Jestha 22–27). Following the allotment, 65,570 applicants received 10 shares each, while the remaining applicants were unsuccessful due to high demand.
Investors can check the IPO result through the CDSC IPO result portal by selecting “Everest Color Limited” and entering their 16-digit BOID number. The allotment draw was conducted with ballot number 9.
