Everest Color IPO Opens from Baishakh 16 for Nepali Workers Abroad
Everest Color to launch IPO for Nepali migrant workers in the first phase from Baishakh 16.

Everest Color Limited is set to launch its Initial Public Offering (IPO) from Baishakh 16, targeting Nepali citizens working abroad in the first phase.
The company had received approval from the Securities Board of Nepal to issue 26.33% of its total issued capital of Rs. 30 crore, equivalent to 790,000 shares. Out of this, 10% (79,000 shares) has been reserved specifically for Nepali workers with valid labor permits abroad.
Interested applicants can apply for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 7,000 shares. The application deadline for foreign-employed Nepalis is set until Baishakh 22.
The IPO issuance and sales management has been assigned to Muktinath Capital Limited.
Through this IPO, the company aims to expand its capital base while encouraging broader public participation, especially from Nepalis working overseas.
