Everest Color IPO Opens From Tomorrow: Until When Can Investors Apply?
Everest Color Limited is set to open its IPO from tomorrow for Nepali migrant workers in the first phase of issuance.
Everest Color Limited will open its Initial Public Offering (IPO) from Baisakh 16, targeting Nepali citizens working abroad in the first phase.
The company has received approval from the Securities Board of Nepal to issue 26.33% of its total issued capital of NPR 300 million, equivalent to 790,000 shares worth NPR 79 million.
Out of the total issue, 10% (79,000 shares) has been allocated specifically for Nepali migrant workers.
Investors can apply for a minimum of 10 shares and up to a maximum of 7,000 shares. The application window will remain open until Baisakh 22.
The issue and sales manager for the IPO is Muktinath Capital Limited.
