Final Day to Apply for Taksar Pikhuwa Khola Hydropower IPO as Applications Cross 2.48 Million
Today is the final day to apply for the IPO of Taksar Pikhuwa Khola Hydropower Limited. The public offering has already received applications worth over Rs. 2.74 billion from more than 2.48 million applicants.

Today, Baisakh 28, marks the final day for the general public to apply for the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Taksar Pikhuwa Khola Hydropower Limited. The company had opened the public issue from Baisakh 23.
The hydropower company has issued a total of 2,515,455 ordinary shares for the general public. Investors are allowed to apply for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 50,000 shares.
The issue and sales manager for the IPO is Prabhu Capital Limited. Applications can be submitted through the Mero Share platform and C-ASBA member banks and financial institutions.
Earlier, the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) had granted approval to the company for the IPO issuance on Falgun 1.
According to the latest CDSC data, as of Sunday evening, a total of 2,481,092 applicants had applied for the IPO. Investors have collectively applied for 27,475,870 shares worth approximately Rs. 2.74 billion.
The demand is 10.92 times higher than the number of shares offered, reflecting strong investor interest in the company’s public offering.
