Five-Star Royal Tulip Kathmandu Prepares for IPO Launch

Royal Tulip Kathmandu, operated by The Massif Hotel Private Limited, has started preparations to launch an Initial Public Offering (IPO) for the general public.

For this purpose, the company has signed an institutional advisory agreement with Nabil Investment Banking Limited.

Under the agreement, Nabil Investment Banking will assist in converting the private company into a public limited company, completing the legal and financial preparations required for the IPO, and coordinating the overall “Road to IPO” process.

The agreement was signed by Rajendra Shakya and Manish Narayan Joshi.

Located in Gwarko, Lalitpur, Royal Tulip Kathmandu is a five-star hotel operating under an international hotel chain brand. The hotel features 308 rooms and suites along with 10 conference and meeting halls designed for various events and business gatherings.

According to the company, the hotel also offers modern amenities including a health club, spa, and in-house restaurants serving international-standard cuisine and hospitality services.

Following the completion of all required preparations, the company plans to seek regulatory approval for the public offering. The announcement has drawn attention in Nepal’s capital market as another hospitality sector company moves toward an IPO launch.
