Foreign Minister Shishir Khanal is leaving for a four-day official visit to China at the invitation of Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi.

Foreign Minister Shishir Khanal is departing for a four-day official visit to China at the invitation of Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Minister Khanal will hold bilateral discussions with his Chinese counterpart on strengthening Nepal–China relations, expanding economic cooperation, and addressing various issues of mutual interest.
During the visit, he is also scheduled to meet several senior Chinese government officials. The visit is expected to further deepen diplomatic and economic ties between Nepal and China.
Minister Khanal will participate in an investment conference organized by the Embassy of Nepal in Beijing. The event aims to promote foreign investment opportunities in Nepal and facilitate discussions with Chinese entrepreneurs, business leaders, and potential investors.
The Embassy of Nepal in Beijing will also host a reception in honor of the visiting minister. During the event, he will interact with members of the Nepali community living in China and discuss their concerns and experiences.
According to the ministry, Minister Khanal is scheduled to return to Nepal on Asar 3 after completing his official engagements in China.
