Foreign Minister Shishir Khanal Discloses Diverse Share and Property Holdings

Foreign Minister Shishir Khanal has publicly disclosed his asset details, revealing a diversified portfolio of investments across multiple sectors.

According to the disclosure, Khanal holds a 33% ownership stake in Pick and Drop Nepal and full ownership in Rigpa International Pvt. Ltd. He also has a 16% stake in Taja Agro Farm.

In the stock market, he owns shares in several companies, including 2,560 units of BWP Microfinance and 5,000 units of Om Meghashree Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. His holdings also include shares in Global IME Bank, Nabil Bank, MNBBL, and other listed companies.

Additionally, investments under the name of Achyuta Adhikari include shares in Chandragiri Hills, Joshi Hydropower, Muktinath Development Bank, Nepal Bank, and NIMB Bank. There are also notable investments in hydropower companies such as National Hydropower, Radhi Hydropower, Super Madi Hydropower, Shiv Shree Hydropower, and Union Hydropower.

Khanal has also invested in NIBL SIP, Nepal Republic Media, Samata Microfinance, and Unnati Cooperative.

In terms of real estate, he owns a house in Tokha, Kathmandu, along with inherited land in Tanahun and additional land in Nawalparasi East and Nepalgunj.

His assets further include 22 tola of gold, 25 tola of silver, and cash holdings of Rs. 1 million, with bank balances spread across multiple financial institutions.
