The decision was taken during a board of directors meeting held on Sunday. According to the decision, KC’s appointment will be effective from Jestha 11 and will remain valid for a four-year term.
KC was previously serving as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer (DCEO) of the bank. With long experience in the banking sector, he is now set to lead the institution as its top executive.
The bank is expected to focus on expanding its services, promoting digital banking, and strengthening its overall financial performance under the new leadership.
