Garima Bikas Bank Relocates Head Office to Baluwatar After Receiving Regulatory Approval
Garima Bikas Bank has officially relocated its head office from Lazimpat to Baluwatar, Kathmandu, after completing all regulatory procedures .
Garima Bikas Bank Limited has officially completed the relocation of its head office from Lazimpat, Kathmandu Metropolitan City–2, to Baluwatar, Kathmandu Metropolitan City–3.
The relocation was carried out in accordance with a special resolution approved during the bank's 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Kartik 27, 2082.
According to the bank, all required regulatory procedures have now been completed. Nepal Rastra Bank granted its final approval for the relocation on Shrawan 20, 2083.
In addition, the Office of the Company Registrar approved the amendments to the bank's Memorandum and Articles of Association on Shrawan 21, 2083, completing the legal process for the office relocation.
The bank believes that operating from its new head office in Baluwatar will enhance operational efficiency, strengthen administrative functions, and provide more convenient and effective services to customers.
