Garima Bikas Bank Sets Book Closure for 20% Dividend, Calls AGM on Ashwin 26
Garima Bikas Bank has proposed a 20% dividend for FY 2082/83, comprising 10% bonus shares and 10% cash dividend, and has called its 20th AGM for Ashwin 26.

Garima Bikas Bank Limited (GBBL) has called its 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Ashwin 26, 2083. The meeting will be held at Hotel Pokhara Grande, Pokhara, Kaski, at 10:30 AM.
The AGM will consider the bank’s proposed 20% dividend for FY 2082/83. The decision was made by the bank’s 351st Board of Directors meeting held on Thursday. Based on the current paid-up capital of Rs. 6.02 arba, the proposed distribution consists of 10% bonus shares and 10% cash dividend, including applicable taxes.
Other AGM agendas include endorsement of the auditor’s report, profit and loss statements, financial statements and cash flow statements, as well as the appointment of an auditor for FY 2083/84.
The AGM will also discuss identifying a suitable development bank for a potential merger and acquisition with Garima Bikas Bank.
The bank has set Ashwin 14 as the book closure date. Shareholders who hold shares before the book closure date will be eligible to receive the proposed dividend and participate in the AGM.
