Global IME Balanced Fund-1 (GIBF1) has declared a 12% cash dividend for its unit holders for the fiscal year 2082/83.

The 207th meeting of the Board of Directors of Global IME Capital Limited, held on Bhadra 21, decided to distribute a 12% cash dividend, including applicable taxes, worth Rs. 12.30 crore to the unit holders of GIBF1.

Global IME Balanced Fund-1 is a closed-ended mutual fund with a 10-year maturity period. The fund is sponsored and managed by Global IME Capital Limited.

As of the month of Ashadh, the fund's Net Asset Value (NAV) stood at Rs. 11.78.
