Global IME Capital Limited has announced the book closure date for Global IME Balanced Fund-1, which it manages.
The fund’s unit holder registration book will remain closed for one day on Monday, Ashwin 12, 2083.
Global IME Capital had previously announced a 12% cash dividend, including applicable taxes, for unit holders from the fund’s profit for the last fiscal year.
Unit holders registered in the fund’s records up to Friday, Ashwin 9 will be eligible to receive the announced dividend.
The fund’s Board of Directors meeting held on Bhadra 21 had decided to distribute the cash dividend.
