Global IME Bank Announces 10% Dividend: 4% Bonus Shares and 6% Cash
Global IME Bank has proposed a 10% dividend from its distributable profit for FY 2082/83.

Global IME Bank has proposed a 10% dividend for its shareholders from the distributable profit of fiscal year 2082/83.
The bank's 473rd Board of Directors meeting held on Bhadra 17, 2083 BS decided to propose a dividend equivalent to 10% of the bank's paid-up capital.
The proposed dividend consists of 4% bonus shares and 6% cash dividend. The bank has stated that applicable taxes are included in both the cash and bonus share components.
The proposed dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank. Once regulatory approval is obtained, the dividend proposal will be presented at the bank's upcoming 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Shareholders will receive the proposed dividend only after the AGM approves the proposal. Therefore, the 10% dividend announced by the bank is currently a proposed dividend and is not yet final.
