Global IME Bank to Hold AGM on Ashwin 16, Propose 10% Dividend
Global IME Bank has called its 20th AGM for Ashwin 16 where shareholders will endorse a 10% dividend comprising 4% bonus shares and 6% cash dividend for FY 2082/83.

Global IME Bank Limited (GBIME) has announced its 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Ashwin 16, 2083. The meeting will be held at Nepal Police Club, Bhrikutimandap, Kathmandu, beginning at 9:00 AM.
One of the key agendas of the AGM is the endorsement of a 10% dividend for fiscal year 2082/83. The bank’s Board of Directors, at its 473rd meeting held on Bhadra 17, had proposed 4% bonus shares and 6% cash dividend for tax purposes.
The proposed dividend will be distributed from the bank’s paid-up capital of approximately Rs. 38.11 billion.
The AGM will also consider and approve the auditor’s report, profit and loss statement, financial statements and cash flow statement for FY 2082/83.
Other agendas include the appointment of an auditor for FY 2083/84 and the appointment of an independent director.
The bank has set Ashwin 5 as the book closure date. Therefore, shareholders who hold GBIME shares until Ashwin 5 will be eligible to receive the proposed dividend and participate in the AGM.
