Gold and Silver Prices Continue to Decline in Nepal
Gold prices fell by Rs. 2,400 per tola and silver by Rs. 160 per tola on Thursday, extending the downward trend in Nepal's precious metals market.

Gold and silver prices in the Nepali market continued their downward trend on Thursday, with both precious metals recording another significant decline.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, the price of hallmark gold dropped by Rs. 2,400 per tola to Rs. 284,700. On Wednesday, hallmark gold had traded at Rs. 287,100 per tola.
Similarly, the price of silver decreased by Rs. 160 per tola and is now being traded at Rs. 4,340 per tola, compared to Rs. 4,500 per tola a day earlier.
The domestic market has witnessed a continuous decline in gold and silver prices over the past several trading sessions, reflecting the recent weakness in international precious metals markets.
