Gold and Silver Prices Edge Lower in Nepalese Market

Gold and silver prices recorded a slight decline in Nepal on Thursday, with gold falling by NPR 100 per tola and silver dropping by NPR 35 per tola, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association.

Gold and Silver Prices Edge Lower in Nepalese Market

Gold and silver prices witnessed a modest decline in the Nepali market on Thursday. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, the price of gold decreased by NPR 100 per tola, bringing the rate down to NPR 297,200 per tola.

On the previous trading day, Wednesday, gold was traded at NPR 297,300 per tola. Similarly, silver prices also declined by NPR 35 per tola and are currently trading at NPR 4,945 per tola, compared to NPR 4,980 per tola on Wednesday.

Market observers note that the slight correction reflects ongoing fluctuations in international precious metals markets. Local gold and silver prices are influenced by global trends, currency exchange rates, and domestic demand conditions.
