Gold and silver prices in the local market witnessed a slight decline today, with gold dropping by Rs 800 per tola and silver by Rs 30.

Gold and silver prices in the domestic market saw a modest decline on Wednesday. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of hallmark gold decreased by Rs 800 per tola, reaching Rs 300,100 per tola. Similarly, silver prices dropped by Rs 30, now standing at Rs 5,130 per tola.

On Tuesday, hallmark gold was traded at Rs 301,300 per tola, while silver was priced at Rs 5,160 per tola.

In the international market, gold is currently trading at around $4,755 per ounce, while silver stands at $77 per ounce, according to international media reports.
