Price of Gold jumps by Rs. 1,200 per Tola, Silver Also Sees Increase
Gold and silver prices rise in the local market, with gold reaching Rs. 301,000 and silver Rs. 5,225 per tola.
Gold and silver prices have increased notably in the local market today.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, gold prices rose by Rs. 1,200 per tola, reaching Rs. 301,000 per tola. Previously, gold was traded at Rs. 299,800 per tola on Friday.
Tejabi gold also recorded an increase, climbing to Rs. 300,300 per tola from Rs. 299,100 per tola a day earlier.
Similarly, silver prices went up by Rs. 95 per tola, reaching Rs. 5,225 per tola compared to Rs. 5,130 per tola previously.
Market analysts attribute the rise in precious metal prices to fluctuations in the international market and increased demand.
