Gold Price Continues to Rise in Nepal, Reaches Rs 288,700 per Tola
Gold prices in Nepal have risen for the second consecutive day, reaching Rs 288,700 per tola amid global market fluctuations.

Gold prices in the domestic market have increased for the second consecutive day, influenced by global market trends. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of gold has climbed to Rs 288,700 per tola in the Nepali market.
Compared to the previous trading day, the price of gold increased by Rs 1,400 per tola. Earlier, on Sunday as well, gold had risen by Rs 600 per tola, reaching Rs 287,300 per tola.
The federation has also fixed the price of 10 grams of gold at Rs 247,515. Traders say recent fluctuations in the international bullion market have directly impacted local pricing.
Alongside gold, silver prices have also increased. Silver is currently trading at Rs 4,730 per tola, up by Rs 40 from the previous day.
Market observers note that rising investor interest and global economic uncertainty, including US dollar fluctuations and geopolitical tensions, continue to drive precious metal prices higher.
