Gold prices edged lower in Nepal's domestic market on Thursday, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association.

The price of hallmark gold declined by Rs. 6 per tola, bringing the new rate to Rs. 277,000 per tola. Similarly, the price of fine gold was fixed at Rs. 276,300 per tola.

Meanwhile, silver prices increased by Rs. 15 per tola and are now being traded at Rs. 4,780 per tola.

The association also fixed the price of gold at Rs. 237,740 per 10 grams and silver at Rs. 36,661 per 10 grams.
