Gold prices in Nepal declined by Rs. 400 per tola today, while silver prices increased by Rs. 40 per tola, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association.

Gold prices in the Nepali market witnessed a slight decline today, while silver prices moved upward.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, the price of fine gold dropped by Rs. 400 per tola, bringing the new rate to Rs. 298,500 per tola. On the previous trading day, fine gold was traded at Rs. 298,900 per tola.

Similarly, the price of Tejabi gold also declined by Rs. 400 per tola and is now being traded at Rs. 297,800 per tola, compared to Rs. 298,200 per tola recorded a day earlier.

In contrast, silver prices increased by Rs. 40 per tola. Silver is now being traded at Rs. 5,340 per tola, up from Rs. 5,300 per tola on the previous day.

Traders say fluctuations in the international bullion market and changes in the US dollar exchange rate continue to influence gold and silver prices in Nepal on a daily basis
