Gold prices continued their downward trend today, falling by Rs. 5,100 per tola.

Gold Price Drops by Rs. 5,100 per Tola, Silver Also Declines

Gold prices in the domestic market declined further on Thursday, with the price of fine gold dropping by Rs. 5,100 per tola.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association (FENEGOSIDA), fine gold is being traded at Rs. 286,700 per tola today, down from Rs. 291,800 per tola recorded on the previous trading day.

Similarly, the price of Tejabi gold also decreased by Rs. 5,100 per tola. It is being traded at Rs. 286,000 per tola, compared to Rs. 291,100 per tola on the previous day.

Silver prices also followed the same trend. The price of silver fell by Rs. 90 per tola to Rs. 4,650 per tola from Rs. 4,740 per tola previously.

The decline in both gold and silver prices comes amid fluctuations in international precious metals markets and changing investor sentiment globally.
