Gold prices increased in the domestic market on Friday, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association (FENEGOSIDA). Fine gold rose by Rs. 2,900 per tola to reach Rs. 295,700, compared with Rs. 292,800 on the previous day.

The price of Tejabi gold also increased by Rs. 2,900 per tola. It reached Rs. 295,000 on Friday, up from Rs. 292,100 on the previous day.

Silver prices recorded a modest increase as well. Silver rose by Rs. 15 per tola to Rs. 4,405, compared with the previous rate of Rs. 4,390, the federation reported.
