Gold Prices Drop by Rs. 4,500 Per Tola in Nepal, Silver Also Declines
Gold prices fell sharply in Nepal's domestic market on Tuesday, with hallmark gold dropping by Rs. 4,500 per tola, while silver also recorded a modest decline of Rs. 25 per tola.

Gold prices witnessed a significant decline in Nepal's domestic market on Tuesday, reflecting continued fluctuations in precious metal prices.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association (FENEGOSIDA), the price of hallmark gold decreased by Rs. 4,500 per tola, falling to Rs. 277,900 per tola from the previous day's Rs. 282,400 per tola.
Similarly, the price of Tejabi gold also declined by Rs. 4,500 per tola, settling at Rs. 277,200 per tola, compared to Rs. 281,700 per tola recorded a day earlier.
Silver prices also moved lower in the domestic market. The price of silver dropped by Rs. 25 per tola, bringing the rate down to Rs. 4,285 per tola from the previous day's Rs. 4,310 per tola.
The latest adjustment reflects ongoing volatility in both domestic and international precious metals markets, with investors and consumers closely monitoring price movements.
