The government has extended the deadline for companies to receive waivers on taxes, fees, interest and penalties under the Companies Act, 2063, until the end of Poush 2083.

The government has extended the deadline for companies to receive exemptions on taxes, fees, charges, interest and penalties payable under the Companies Act, 2063, until the end of Poush 2083.
The deadline, which was previously set for the end of Ashoj 2083, has been extended following a government decision made on Kartik 9.
Companies registered under the Companies Act, 2063, that have failed to submit required details, renew their registration within the prescribed period, or pay applicable taxes, fees, charges, interest and penalties can benefit from this provision.
Companies intending to continue their operations or cancel their registration must submit the required details and pay the applicable taxes, fees and charges for fiscal year 2082/83 by the end of Poush 2083.
Companies that complete the required submissions and payments within the extended deadline will receive waivers on all applicable taxes, fees, charges, interest and penalties incurred or payable for previous periods.
