The government has decided to resubmit the Constitutional Council-related ordinance to President Ramchandra Paudel. The decision was made during a Cabinet meeting held on Monday.

Government spokesperson and Minister for Education, Sasmita Pokharel, stated that the ordinance will be sent again for approval after it was previously returned by President Paudel on Sunday for reconsideration.

The ordinance had been initially forwarded for issuance but was sent back by the President, prompting the government to review and decide on resubmission.
