Himal Dolakha Hydropower Reschedules Annual General Meeting for Asar 26
Himal Dolakha Hydropower has announced a new date for its postponed 17th and 18th Annual General Meeting after the previous meeting was deferred due to a lack of quorum
Himal Dolakha Hydropower Company Limited has decided to reconvene its postponed 17th and 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The AGM was originally scheduled for Asar 4 but had to be postponed after failing to meet the required quorum of shareholders.
According to the company's 58th board meeting held on Asar 4, the AGM has now been rescheduled for Asar 26. The meeting will begin at 9:30 AM at Big Banquet and Events, Taukhel, Lalitpur.
The company stated that the previous meeting could not proceed due to insufficient shareholder participation. The rescheduled AGM is expected to discuss and approve the company's annual report, financial statements, and other agenda items.
