Himalayan Life Insurance Limited has appointed Dinesh Bahadur Amatya as the company’s Acting Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

The company’s Board of Directors meeting held on Shrawan 11 decided to assign Amatya, who was serving as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer, the additional responsibility of Acting CEO.

The appointment has come into effect from Shrawan 11, according to the company.

Company Secretary Bikash Basnet stated that Amatya will continue to lead the company as Acting CEO until further arrangements are made.

Amatya was previously serving as the Deputy CEO of Himalayan Life Insurance. With the new responsibility, he will oversee the company’s daily operations, management activities, and executive leadership.

The company has been making leadership adjustments as part of its efforts to strengthen organizational management and improve operational effectiveness.
