Mukesh Kumar Kapoor, who was serving as Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Acting Chief Executive Officer of Himalayan Reinsurance Limited, has resigned from his position.

According to a company notice, Kapoor submitted his resignation letter on 2083/03/08. He had been overseeing the company’s operations in an acting capacity prior to his resignation.

The company has confirmed receipt of the resignation, while further details regarding leadership transition and future management arrangements have yet to be disclosed.
