Home Minister Sudan Gurung to Visit India on October 12 for BIMSTEC Meeting
Nepal's Home Minister Sudan Gurung is scheduled to travel to India on October 12 to participate in the BIMSTEC meeting alongside home ministers from seven member countries.
Home Minister Sudan Gurung is scheduled to travel to India to participate in a meeting of the Bay of Bengal Initiative for Multi-Sectoral Technical and Economic Cooperation (BIMSTEC).
According to sources at the Ministry of Home Affairs, Minister Gurung will depart for India on October 12. Home ministers from all seven BIMSTEC member countries—Nepal, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, and Thailand—will participate in the official meeting.
The meeting is expected to provide a platform for member countries to discuss regional cooperation and issues of common interest.
