Hydro IPO Allotment of Kalanga Concluded; 287,000 Applicants Receive Shares
Kalanga Hydro Limited has completed the allotment of its IPO issued to the general public.
Kalanga Hydro Limited has successfully completed the allotment of its Initial Public Offering (IPO) issued to the general public. The allotment was conducted by the issue manager, Sanima Capital Limited, earlier today.
The company had offered 2.87 million ordinary shares to the general public from Jestha 8 to Jestha 13.
Due to overwhelming investor demand, the IPO was allotted through a lottery system. According to the allotment results, 287,000 applicants received 10 shares each, while the remaining applicants were left empty-handed.
The public offering attracted significantly more applications than the number of shares available, resulting in a highly oversubscribed issue.
Investors can check their IPO allotment status through the CDSC IPO Result portal, MeroShare, and Sanima Capital’s official platform. Applicants will need their 16-digit BOID number to access the results.
