IME Group has pledged Rs10 crore to the Prime Minister’s Disaster Relief Fund to support search, rescue, relief and rehabilitation efforts for Bhotekoshi flood victims.

Content: IME Group has pledged Rs10 crore to the Prime Minister’s Disaster Relief Fund to support search and rescue operations, immediate relief and long-term rehabilitation for people affected by the devastating Bhote Koshi River flood.

The group said the assistance will be mobilized through IME Group and its promoted companies, including Global IME Bank, IME Limited, IME Life Insurance, IGI Prudential Insurance, Chandragiri Hills, DishHome and IME Motors.

The support will also involve partner companies such as Ashok Leyland, IME Khalti, Swift Technology, Midas Health, MyMart, Lumbini Cable Car and IME Foundation, along with other associated companies.

The Rs10 crore assistance is intended to strengthen ongoing efforts to locate and rescue people affected by the flood, while providing immediate humanitarian support to affected families.

The group said the contribution will also support long-term rehabilitation and recovery in communities affected by the disaster.

IME Group reaffirmed its commitment to supporting affected communities and assisting the government in its ongoing search, rescue, relief and rehabilitation efforts following the Bhotekoshi flood.
