Two companies have opened their Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) from today, Baisakh 16. Yambaling Hydropower Limited and Everest Color Limited have issued IPOs targeting general investors and a specific group.
Yambaling Hydropower Limited has issued 1.743 million shares at a face value of NPR 100 per share for the general public. Investors can apply for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 21,000 shares. The issue manager for this IPO is Muktinath Capital Limited. The deadline to apply is Baisakh 22.
Meanwhile, Everest Color Limited has issued 79,000 shares at NPR 100 per share specifically for Nepali citizens working abroad. Applicants can apply for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 7,000 shares. The issue manager for this IPO is also Muktinath Capital Limited.
Applications for both IPOs are open from 10 AM today.
