Kalanga Hydro IPO Allotment Scheduled for Next Week
Kalanga Hydro Limited is preparing to allot its recently issued IPO to the general public next week.
Kalanga Hydro Limited is set to conduct the allotment of its Initial Public Offering (IPO) for the general public next week.
According to the issue manager Sanima Capital Limited, preparations are underway to complete the IPO allotment on June 8 (Jestha 25).
The company had issued 2.87 million shares to the general public from May 22 to May 27 (Jestha 8–13) at a face value of Rs. 100 per share.
Based on the expected allotment process, approximately 287,000 applicants are likely to receive shares, while the majority of applicants may remain empty-handed due to oversubscription.
As with most recent hydropower IPOs in Nepal, investor participation was reportedly strong, reflecting continued public interest in the hydropower sector and primary market investments.
Following the allotment, investors will be able to check their IPO results through the issue manager’s platform and the IPO result portal once the official announcement is made.
