Kalanga Hydro Limited has announced the allotment date for its recently issued Initial Public Offering (IPO) for the general public.

According to the company, the IPO allotment will be conducted on Wednesday, Jestha 27. Investors who applied for shares will soon be able to check whether they have been allotted shares through the official allotment results.

The company had issued 2.87 million ordinary shares to the general public from Jestha 8 to Jestha 13. The public offering attracted significant interest from investors seeking exposure to Nepal's hydropower sector.

Sanima Capital Limited served as the issue and sales manager for the IPO.

The allotment process was initially expected to be completed earlier. However, sources said the process was delayed due to consecutive public holidays observed between Jestha 14 and Jestha 17.

In addition, technical issues reportedly contributed to further postponement of the allotment process, pushing the final allocation date back by several days.

Following the allotment, investors will be able to verify their share allocation status through the designated platforms and registrar systems.
