Kalanga Hydro IPO Opens for Public From Today, Applications Open Until May 26
Kalanga Hydro Limited has opened its IPO for the general public from today, issuing 2.87 million shares with applications available until Jestha 13.
Kalanga Hydro Limited has officially opened its Initial Public Offering (IPO) for the general public starting today, Jestha 8.
The company is issuing a total of 2.87 million ordinary shares to public investors under the offering.
According to the company, interested investors can apply for the IPO until Jestha 13. The closing period may be extended if the issue is not fully subscribed within the initial deadline.
Applicants can apply for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 20,000 shares. The IPO application process opened after 10 AM today.
Sanima Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue and sales manager for the public offering.
Eligible investors can apply through the C-ASBA system via banks and financial institutions approved by the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON).
